1. PayOnline or PayConnection Software
Using state-of-the-art technologies we will provide you a secure, totally flexible solution for payroll processing that can be completely automated. We can develop a full interface with your time keeping systems and can electronically merge the data into our system to facilitate payroll production and payment distributions.
2. Stored Value Debit Card
The combination of our payroll system and our debit card allow us to offer you a 100% paperless payroll system. Through our system we can direct deposit to either checking, savings or debit card account (the debit card accounts may be used for either national or international payments), thus eliminating paper checks altogether and the costs associated with their distribution.
3. TotalTax
Through our TotalTax system we guarantee compliance on all payroll tax issues. We will handle your deposit requirements and file all of the appropriate returns. We currently file in every state in the US and several of its holdings and have the capabilities of handling your projected growth.
We will be able to represent you to all state, local, and Federal taxing authorities in any manner including payroll audits. We anticipate filling Power-of-Attorney forms for each state as well as the Internal Revenue Service to facilitate this.
4. HR and Compliance Issues
Our HR software is a fully integrated system that allows you to meet you company’s HR requirements on continual basis. Stating with the interview compliance checklist through the exit interview, the system will guide you through the complex issues of employee relations.
5. Back Office Processing
Utilization of our system will allow you to eliminate the accounting staff that would be required to reconcile bank statements and track uncashed checks (we will also handle the compliance issues that arise because of these checks).
6. Custom Designed Reports
We have the capacity to develop reports to your specification that will give you access to data that will allow you to more effectively manage your company.
7. Employee Tax Credit Processing Service
Our Tax Credit Processing Program is designed to capture a wide variety of tax credits that are available on both the federal and state Level.
